water by mulching heavily. They have installed a drip system for irrigation.

Winter market products include sweet potatoes and baked breads and rolls. Spring and summer markets, expect to see both heirloom
and hybrid tomatoes, green beans, summer squash, okra, beets, onions, sweet peppers and hot peppers.
Mators &
Tators uses natural fertilizer and no pesticides in their garden. Baked goods are made with local eggs and honey and their
own homegrown ingredients such as zucchini and sweet potatoes.

Romaine & Leaf Lettuces, Radishes, Cucumbers, Peppers, Tomatoes, Strawberries, Red/Yellow/Black Raspberries,
Pears, Asian Pears, White Peaches, Sugar Snap Peas, Wolf River Apples, Swiss Chard, Asparagus (purple & green), Various
Salad Melons, Jams/Jellies/Syrups, Herbs. We try new varieties of greens and tomatoes/peppers ever year and in the future
will offer honey berries, elderberries, currants and goji berries. Artisan crafts include drawings and barefoot sandals.
We use no chemicals or manures in our gardens and fertilize only with composted leaves and grass. We utilize raised
beds and mulch and try new ideas to adapt to extremes (such as "sunken raised beds", vertical gardening, sodded
lanes and elevated beds).
